Frank Ferrante has played Groucho more than 2,000 times —
in New York, London and on PBS. His portrayals brought him the New York Theatre
World Award, the Connecticut Critics Circle Award and nominations for the
Laurence Olivier and Helen
Mr. Ferrante enters the stage as himself and becomes Groucho before our eyes. He involves the audience in his performance, as did Groucho on numerous occasions. He showcases two acts of the best of Groucho and reaquaints us with legends of the era, including Charlie Chaplin, W.C. Fields and Greta Garbo.
